The development of an automatic, continuous and autonomous production of fresh food for animals and fresh products for humans served as an objective of the present invention. This goal has been achieved by the development of a method by means of a specially designed and developed device called a "box". The observance of natural conditions and conditions enable the realization of the objective. A daily repetitive production of, for example, grass or soybeans is possible. The coupling of the selected for this method photovoltaic and recirculation water extraction systems allow, due to the harmonious functionality of the components to each other and as a whole, the claim of characterizing this development as an ideally functioning "autonomous unit".
