In this function, the composition relieves the itching associated with the attack, reduces the wheals or pustules and is also well tolerated by the skin. The sprayed alcoholic solution leaves behind a rapid evaporation phase, a film that covers the attacked spot. The high alcohol content of the composition also causes a local disinfection of the bite wound or the mosquito penetration point. The user is limited in his freedom of movement only for a short time. The solution is equally applicable to humans and animals. The dried film can be easily licked by animals and thus not be taken orally. Repeated application is thereby significantly reduced.
