Transdermal therapeutic system with rotigotine for the treatment of Parkinson's disease

The invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) comprising a microemulsion with rotigotine, as well as a method for the production of the transdermal therapeutic system and the use of the transdermal therapeutic system for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. The TTS according to the invention shows surprisingly good adhesive properties with simultaneous constant release of active ingredient.
