The invention relates to a medical device for intravascular treatment with an at least partially tubular lattice structure (10) of integrally connected webs (11) delimiting cells (12), wherein four webs (11) are interconnected by a web connector (13), and wherein a radiopaque wire element (20) is provided, which is guided along at least one web (11). The invention is characterized in that the wire element (20) forms a loop (21) which engages around the web connector (13) in such a way that the wire element (20) is fixed longitudinally axially. The invention further relates to a thrombectomy device with such a device and a manufacturing method.
