A projection apparatus capable of adjusting the transparency of a screen, comprising: a panel (10) that is transparent; at least one light control sheet (20) adhered to the panel (10) and forming a screen together with the panel (10), the light control sheet (20) being switchable between a light transmission mode and an opacity module; a projection device (30) disposed on one side of the panel (10); a controller (40) provided on one side of the panel (10) and electrically connected to the projection device (30) and the light control sheet (20); wherein the controller (40) can cause the light control film (20) to be switched to the opacity mode, and the projection device (30) projects images onto the light control film (20), whereby the images can be seen, and wherein the controller (40) can ensure that the light control film (20) is switchable into the light transmission mode and the projection device (30) stops with the projection, whereby one can look through the light control film (20) and perceive objects behind it.
