The valve (14) has a rotor chamber (28) filling with fluid (30) i.e. petrol, and a rotor (22) arranged in the rotor chamber. A disk-shaped residual air gap disk is made of not-magnetic material and arranged between the rotor and a body stop (26). The air gap disk includes an eccentric opening, and contact surfaces are fixed through a surface area of the rotor and the air gap disk or a surface area of the air gap disk and the body stop. The contact surfaces are smaller than total area of the rotor or the body stop. The body stop limits an elastic deformation of the air gap disk.
