The door has a sheet lining (1) comprising a front wall (1a), which is transversely extended with respect to a base wall (1b). The front wall is partially covered by a reinforcement wall (2) of hinges. A stiffener sheet (3) is extended toward an inner side of the door between back and front of the door in parallel and close to the base wall. A metal rod (5) projected from inside of the door is fixed on a plate (4) of the front wall with respect to a front end (3a) of the stiffener sheet. The metal rod is parallel to the base wall and the stiffener sheet. An independent claim is also included for a car.
