The device has an inflatable air cushion for preventing articles such as linen and fragile objects, to be fixed during road, railway, maritime or air way transports, inside luggage or bags when the articles are not filled to 100% of capacity. The cushion is inflated using an inflation device (2) located on an upper face (1). An arrangement pocket (3) is provided on the upper face and closed by a rivet/pressure system (4). The cushion is made of flexible plastic so as to adapt to any form. The inflation system is provided with a hand pump or an inflating valve.
