The present invention relates to an installation and a pultrusion method of the profile of the type comprising the following steps: it supplies a molten thermoplastic polymer material and a reinforcing material; it supplies an impregnation chamber (12); and it leads to the longitudinal reinforcement material through the impregnation chamber (12), while it is injected into the molten thermoplastic polymer material to the inside of the impregnation chamber (12) in order to impregnate the said longitudinal reinforcing material. It also comprises the following steps: it supplies a critical fluid carried in the thermodynamic conditions close to the critical point of said fluid; and said critical fluid is injected through said thermoplastic polymer in the melting so as to lower the viscosity of the molten thermoplastic polymer.
