The present invention relates to a block to construct and to stick (1) including: - a first layer of concrete (10) extending from a first face (10) in the direction of a second face (20) up to an interface zone (30) situated between the first face (10) and the second face (20), and - a second layer of concrete (20) extending from the interface zone (30) to the second face (20), said second layer of concrete (20) is devoid of aggregates or including granulates, the greater dimension is less than or equal to 4 mm. The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a block and a press, vibrating implementing such a method.
