Internet software allowing from a mass plan buildings in the vector image format "Scalable Vector Graphics" (SVG): • to zoom in / out this plan; • calculate the distance in meters between any two points of the plane; • display the capital values of buildings and materials insurance associated with each of the buildings in the plan; • draw on this plane circles of any center and radius, rectangles of any center and sides, and polygons of any sides, simulating the area of destruction of a disaster (fire, explosion, ...) ; • to move these drawings freely on the map; • calculate the intersection area between these drawings and the plan buildings; • in proportion to this area of intersection over the total area of a building, from the capital values of buildings and materials associated with each of the buildings in the plan, to calculate the capital impacted by the simulated incident; • Save the resulting simulation in a file in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format.
