The invention relates to a method for computer-assisted analysis of one or more tissue sections (TIs) for the preparation of a digital staining test, in which computer-assisted areas are determined by computer of tissue that have a specific clinical symptom. As part of the method, spatial resolution hyperspectral data is processed for a plurality of measurement positions. In this case, from the hyperspectral data, several base spectra (BS1, BS2, ..., BS5) are determined which are correlated with the hyperspectral data, whereby one obtains, for each measurement position (x) , a plurality of correlation values (Pijk) for respective basic spectra (BS1, BS2, ..., BS5). A regression model (RM) is then determined which describes a mask (Mij) of the tissue section (s) in which diseased tissue areas are marked, based on the determined correlation values. The regression model (RM) and the base spectra (BS1, BS2, ..., BS5) that have been determined in the process can then be used for carrying out the digital staining test.
