The present invention allows the automatic regrouping of the mails of the same sender in a directory created automatically bearing the name of this sender according to the number of mail received. It also allows the deposit of a single mail in a specific directory reference 602, shown in Figure 6a, to move all messages from a sender to a new destination directory. Future messages from this sender will be directly saved to this new destination directory without any manual action being taken.
