Method and system for causal analysis of operational outcomes

A method and system for performing causal analysis of the operations of an organization, by generating causal models which have outcomes or assets and properties, which influence the assets and are derived from operating models and data, in order to predict and analyze the performances of the outcomes. The system further comprises means to display and visualize the properties and the outcomes, which may include video, interactive and graphical displays. The properties may be represented as nodes, which are connected by links, forming paths to the outcomes. The causal model processing means can be manipulated, i.e. by running simulations, to find an optimal solution to a number of competing outcomes. The properties may include condition data, which can be selected according to particular outcomes.
