The vehicle (01) has an upper base plate (24) that is extended above a lower support plate (22) of a housing portion (03). A functional space (23) is formed in the area between the upper base plate and the lower support plate, and is surrounded by side walls (12,13). A side flap (20) is formed at side of the side wall (12). A base plate portion (25) is extended on right and left side of the vehicle over the length of the housing portion to cover the range between the longitudinal frame unit and vehicle outer side.
