The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for detecting structural changes in or on a solid body by way of ultrasonic analysis, wherein the characteristic interface-borne noise spectra are captured at different times using optical interference measurement and are correlated with each other as such within the scope of an evaluation in order to detect structural changes.
