The present invention discloses an M2M (Machine to Machine) service platform and a working method thereof. The above M2M service platform comprises: a service procedure editing module, a service management module, and a service executing module, wherein the service procedure editing module is configured to combine function units, edit a service logic and generate a service; the service management module is configured to load and manage the service and inform the service executing module; and the service executing module is configured to receive a notification from the service management module, parse a script of the service logic, and perform a corresponding action according to the parsed result.
