A displacement sensor (70) detects a displacement of a main shaft (20), thereby detecting a relative displacement between an inner race and an outer race of a bearing (60). Thereby, an abnormality diagnosing apparatus for a rolling bearing is provided, by which a highly accurate abnormality diagnosis can be implemented even if installation states of a displacement sensor and an object to be measured are changed due to maintenance or repair.
