There is arranged inside the compartment (18) a rotating plate in the form of a grille or a slotted plate, and the compartment (18) has an inner hatch (12) operated by means of an electromagnet that operates only when the operating mode for cooling is selected, said electromagnet being deactivated when the operating mode for heating is selected to allow ventilation. Energy efficiency and cooling process uniformity, in addition to being able to cool or freeze and heat, are achieved as a result of the characteristics of the electrical appliance.
