The present invention relates to a method for man-in-the-middle processing for TCP without a protocol stack. The method comprises: capturing a TCP data packet sent by a sending end to a receiving end, and then performing TCP/IP reassembly on the TCP data packet; afterwards, modifying a payload length of the TCP data packet; modifying TCP header information of the TCP data packet, the TCP header information comprising at least a sequence number and an acknowledgment number; and finally, buffering the TCP data packet and forwarding the TCP data packet to the receiving end.
