PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control power utilization in accordance with a power supply state and mission conditions for an artificial satellite.;SOLUTION: An available power amount of a power supply is calculated from utilization records of the power supply and set as an actual available power amount, and additionally calculated from a terminal voltage of the power supply and set as a measured available power amount. When a difference between the actual available power amount and the measured available power amount is set as a difference (δ) in available power, and in the case that δ≤K is satisfied with a preset power failure determination threshold (K), a power supply flag indicating a power supply state is set to normal, whereas in the case that δK is satisfied, the power supply flag is set to abnormal. Further, a mode flag is set to execution during operation of mission equipment loaded on an artificial satellite, whereas the mode flag is set to stop while the mission equipment is stopped, and a command set to be executed is stored as power supply monitoring control information, and a command corresponding to a case combining the power supply flag with the mode flag is acquired from the power supply monitoring control information and executed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
