PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food and drinking water which is a dried powder of green tea dyeing rush manufactured by water washing harvested rush, conducting a blanching treatment on the same, drying and pulverizing the same for providing a raw material for the health food and health drink and has aim for disease prevention by using performance obtained by the rush and nutrient of vegetables and mushroom.;SOLUTION: There are provided a raw material for a health food and a health drink using green tea dyeing rush powder which is a powder of fine particles of 50 micron or less containing food fiber of 70 wt.% or more, a mineral component of 1 wt.% or more and catechin, which is dividing green dyed and blanching treated rush by impregnating tea leaf to rush into three sections near a tip, a center and a rhizome of a unique stem body of the rush, making moisture content of each section 5 wt.% or less and fine pulverizing the same by a specific pulverizer and a manufacturing method therefor.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
