PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide antigen being common in Acinetobacter baumannii and used for preparing a vaccine composition to prevent the infection of Acinetobacter baumannii or other pathogens having similar antigens, and an antibody capable of competing against the polypeptide antigen used for testing/measuring or therapy.SOLUTION: The Acinetobacter baumannii polypeptide antigen comprises at least one amino acid sequence selected from the groups consisting of: (a) an amino acid sequence consisting of a specific sequence; (b) an amino acid sequence prepared by substitution, deletion, or addition of 20% or less of the specific amino acid sequence; (c) an amino acid sequence prepared by substitution, deletion, or addition of 40% or less of the specific amino acid sequence; and (d) a fragment of the amino acid sequence selected from (a) to (c). Among them, polypeptides of the respective amino acid sequences of (b) to (d) are polypeptide antigens with immunostimulatory activities.SELECTED DRAWING: None
