PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a new building foundation structure which can increase vertical bearing capacity while reducing a variation thereof and enhances economic efficiency.SOLUTION: A construction method for a new building foundation structure comprises: a demolition process to demolish an existing building except a portion of an underground skeleton 2; a crushing process to crush a plurality of concrete bodies obtained when demolishing the existing building; a grain size control process to control a grain size of the crushed concrete bodies on site; a moisture content control process to control a moisture content of concrete scraps F on site with the grain size thereof controlled; an agitation process to obtain a mixed material by adding a cement solidification agent to the concrete scraps F and agitating a mixture on site with the moisture content of the concrete scraps F controlled; and a leveling process to construct an improvement body 3 (3B) by laying the mixed material above or lateral to the remained underground skeleton 2 and compacting the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
