PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for sales efficiency of home delivery drugs that, for home delivery drug sales, enables a seller to grasp a use situation of customers at a low cost without leasing a dedicated device, and that further lowers costs required for making rounds by optimizing the timing for the seller to make the rounds to customers, and thereby improve sales efficiency and profit of the seller.SOLUTION: A server computer 101 communicating with a communication terminal 122 connected via a communication network comprises: a function which enables a customer 121 using a home delivery drug to input a use situation of a product through screen operation of the communication terminal 122; a function which grants a benefit to the customer 121 as compensation to the customer 121 for having inputted the use situation of the product; and a function which enables a home delivery drug seller 131 to confirm the use situation of the product inputted by the customer 121.EFFECT: By inputting the use situation of the product by utilizing the communication terminal 122 of the customer 121, the seller 131 can grasp the use situation at a low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
