PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for EBM (Event Based Marketing) for determining at home day of a week and that time zone of a working customer by utilizing use track record of branches and ATMs.;SOLUTION: A method is provided for determining at home day of week and time zone of a working customer including: a means for selecting a working customer to be a subject; a means which is a means for setting a home area and an away from home area based on attribute information of the working customer to be subject and setting so that the home area includes home address of the working customer and an installation site of a financial transaction device and the away from home area includes address of a place of work and installation site of a different financial transaction device; and a means for determining working time zone of the working customer based on the use track record of the financial transaction device in the away from home area and the attribute information of the working customer; and a means for determining the home day of week and that time zone of the working customer based on the use track record of the financial transaction device in the home area and the determined working time zone.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
