PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a topping agent for food with ingredients hardly separating dry materials and a seasoning powder which have different grain size even without complex pre-treatment operations and excellent in cost or flavor.;SOLUTION: The invention related to a topping agent for food 7 containing dry materials 1 and a seasoning powder 4. The topping agent 7 contains an inhibitor of raw material separation 5 constituted by polysaccharide powder 3 and edible powder grain for aggregation 2. Bulk density of the polysaccharide powder 3 is 0.40 g/cm3 or less.
