PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and fully strengthen grip, to make use of it for nursing care and agricultural machine operation, etc., and to make it applicable to various purposes, concerning grip strengthening technique which is devised to strengthen grip when a grip body like a bat is grasped.;SOLUTION: When a hand is clasped by preparing an elastic body with an elastic material rather harder than the flesh held at least between the root parts of the toes or fingers of a wearer, the flesh of the fingers are deformed or projected by being compressed with the elastic body, with the contact area with the grip body increased.
