PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, when an operator performs a work for a long period while bending himself/herself down, a load is accumulated to a waist.;SOLUTION: A workload reduction device 1 for reducing a workload comprises: a shoulder support part 10 for supporting an operator 2; a waist support part 20 for supporting the operator 2; a coupling part 30 for coupling the shoulder support part 10 and the waist support part 20; and a connection part 50 which is connected to the coupling part 30. The connection part 50 is connected to a mooring part 40 which is arranged on a brace 60 or the like. Since the shoulder support part 10 and the waist support part 20 support the operator 2, even when the operator 2 performs a work for a long period while bending himself/herself down, a load is hardly applied to a waist of the operator 2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
