PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine probability of a communication partner himself/herself.;SOLUTION: A user of a terminal TA confirms a user of a terminal TB, and notifies the terminal TB of identification information on communication means of the terminal TA, and registers identification information on the communication means of the terminal TB in a storage parts 101-A. When receiving electronic mail, the terminal TA specifies communication equipment of a transmission source of the electronic mail by referring to the storage part 101-A. The terminal TA transmits inquiry information of presence/absence of a transmitting operation of the electronic mail to the terminal TB. When receiving the inquiry information, the terminal TB specifies the terminal TA of a transmission source of the inquiry information, and searches operation information corresponding to the transmitting operation to the specified terminal TA. The terminal TB transmits response information indicating whether or not the operation information corresponding to the transmitting operation has been detected from a storage part 101-B to the terminal TA.
