PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sun gear and a ring gear in a steering device in which a tooth part of the sun gear and the ring gear of a planetary gear device which is engaged with a tooth part of the planetary gear which is constituted of a planetary worm can be processed by using a processing worm having substantially the same specification as that of the planetary gear at a tooth part in which the sun gear constituted of a worm wheel and the ring gear constituted of the worm wheel are formed on an inclined face (including a face orthogonal to a wheel shaft) which is inclined to the wheel shaft.;SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a sun gear and a ring gear in a steering device, tooth parts 11b, 12b of the sun gear 11 and the ring gear 12 are processed by using a processing worm 113 whose tooth pitches related to an axial line are equal compared with that of a planetary gear 13, and diameter dimensions of tooth tips and tooth bottoms are slightly small, or equal or larger, and which is formed by being electrodeposited with abrasives 114 on a surface of the worm.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
