PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which an annual pension is reserved by consumption such as purchase of a merchandise and thereby allowing the annual pension to be reserved while avoiding a consumptive downturn.SOLUTION: A reserved annual pension processing device 1 for providing a reserved annual pension service for reserving a part of the settlement amount of a merchandise as a personal annual pension of a user according to the purchase of the merchandise by the user, acquires settlement amount information calculated according to the purchase of the merchandise by the user and cost reduction information which is set for supporting the user by a store for selling the merchandise, and calculates a revenue of the store and an amount of the reserved annual pension of the user respectively on the basis of the acquired information. Reserved annual pension information relating to the calculated amount of the reserved annual pension is registered in reserved annual pension information DB 21 in association with user identification information for identifying the user having purchased the merchandise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
