PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method, and a program for supporting creation of a personnel relocation plan that are improved in usability.;SOLUTION: A personnel relocation plan creation supporting device according to the present invention supports creation of a personnel relocation plan which is related to relocation of plural employees to posts across plural strata. A control section of the personnel relocation plan creation supporting device extracts personnel having attributes required for each of the posts across the plural strata, as personnel candidates who should be relocated to the posts, from a personnel list in which personnel identification information for identifying personnel is associated with information related to attributes possessed by the personnel as determination information for determining posts to which the personnel are assignable respectively.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
