PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge container capable of suppressing occurrence of breakage or the like in a film body.SOLUTION: A film body 23 comprises a lower layer film 41 placed on a top face of a top wall part 39, on which a communication hole communicating with a discharge hole 39A is formed, and an upper layer film 43 placed on a top face of the lower layer film 41 and closing the communication hole 41A in an openable manner. A part of an outer peripheral edge of the lower layer film 41 serves as a discharge end 41B through which a content is discharged from the communication hole 41A to the outside. A cover body 24 for pressing and fixing a portion of the upper layer film 43, which avoids a corresponding portion located above a flow passage portion from the communication hole 41A to the discharge end 41B in the lower layer film 41, against and to the top face of the top wall part 39 is disposed in a discharge body 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
