PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-sleeved summer raincoat which is free of stuffiness, sweatiness, and sultriness even worn in summer and which has as a set a rain bag that covers a commutation bag or the like against rain.;SOLUTION: The rain coat includes a hooded jacket 1 and pants, with an exclusive pouch prepared which stores the jacket and pants separately. The jacket 1 of the rain coat has short sleeves, with a tightening adjustment string 5 provided with loops in the front opening hem of the hood part 4. In the jacket front opening, a front facing is prepared as well as front closing buttons. In the sleeve side of both left and right sides, side vent holes 7 are prepared, with a back vent hole prepared in the back, and with a body vent hole and back-of-the-knee vent holes prepared in the pants.
