PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar arrangement method in an enlarged-bottom part of a cast-in-place enlarged-bottom pile capable of managing the lower side expansion of a reinforced cage for the enlarged-bottom pile on the ground, and a creation method of the enlarged-bottom pile using the bar arrangement method.;SOLUTION: A reinforcement bar 7 is closed on the side of a hoop nonexistent area part 6, and a reinforced cage 1 for an enlarged-bottom pile is suspended by a suspension member 18, and is lowered in a drilling hole 34 of the ground 35. A body reinforcement part 2 is arranged in a vertical hole 32, and an enlarged-bottom reinforcement part 3 is arranged in an enlarged-bottom hole 34. When pulling up a suspension member 10, a connection part 16 rises in response to rising of a lifting member 9 while being guided by a main reinforcement 4 of the hoop nonexistent area part 6, and a support reinforcement 11 pushes out the connection part 17 to the outside in the radial direction of the hoop nonexistent area part 6. Since the reinforcement bar 7 is expanded in an enlarged-bottom shape to the outer side in the radial direction than the hoop nonexistent area part 6 with the connection part 8 as the rotational center via a support reinforcement 11, an operator can manage the expansion of the reinforcement bar 7 by confirming a pull-up quantity of the suspension member 10 on the ground.
