PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small diaper that prevents pain to a wearer, can be easily worn and is prevented from coming off easily.;SOLUTION: A small diaper 1 includes: a bag-shaped cap 10 having the urine absorption function for absorbing urine and covered on a glans of a penis; and a fixing cylinder 20 connected and fixed in the vicinity of a cap opening 15 of the bag-shaped cap 10 while one first opening 21a is positioned in a bag-shaped cap 10 and the other second opening 21b is positioned in the outside of the bag-shaped cap 10, and worn and fixed to the penis during wearing. The vicinity of the cap opening 15 of the bag-shaped cap 10 connected and fixed with the fixing cylinder 20 continuously becomes free without being connected with the fixing cylinder 20 at one third or more of the whole around the opening, and is configured such that only the bag-shaped cap 10 can be reversed or returned to an original state while the fixing cylinder 20 is worn to the penis.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
