PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of inclination information.;SOLUTION: An inclination measurement device 1 comprises: at least two atmospheric pressure fluctuation sensors 50 for detecting a fluctuation of the atmospheric pressure and disposed separately by a prescribed distance along the detection direction; and an inclination information measurement unit 30 for measuring inclination information pertaining to a measurement object on the basis of atmospheric pressure fluctuation information indicating a fluctuation of the atmospheric pressure detected by the at least two atmospheric pressure fluctuation sensors 50. The atmospheric pressure fluctuation sensors 50 have a cavity into which air flows in and a continuous hole for letting air circulate inside and outside of the cavity, and detect a fluctuation of the atmospheric pressure on the basis of a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the cavity, at least of one of the at least two atmospheric pressure fluctuation sensors being provided with a capacity variable unit 11 that changes the capacity of the cavity.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
