PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely predict temperatures of green tires.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for calculating a temperature of a green tire by using a computer in a vulcanization step of vulcanizing the green tire with a molding die. This simulation method includes: a step S1 which inputs, to the computer, a green tire model acquired by modeling a green tire with a finite number of elements; a step S2 which inputs a molding-die model having an inside space for disposing the green tire model by modeling a molding die with a finite number of elements; a step S4 which disposes the green tire model into the inside space of the molding-die model; a step S7 which increases the temperature of the molding-die model 21 by the computer based on a predetermined temperature condition set for the molding die in the vulcanization step; and a heat transfer step S8 which calculates the temperature of the green tire model 32 based at least on the temperature of the molding-die model 21.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
