The human-detecting sensor 110 has an infrared sensor 10, a first mounting substrate 20, and a light permeable member 30. The infrared sensor 10 has a light receiving face 11 and an external electrode 12 on one side. The first mounting substrate 20 has a wiring terminal 21 and an opening 22. The wiring terminal 21 is electrically connected to the external electrode 12. The opening 22 optically connects a space on one side and a space on the other side.
