PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication relay device and a radio communication relay method, capable of minimizing a required distance between a reception antenna and a transmission antenna of the radio communication relay device while assuring throughput of an access link from the radio communication relay device to a mobile station (UE).;SOLUTION: A radio communication relay device performs radio communication of a backhaul link with a base station at a first frequency within a predetermined frequency bandwidth allocated to a mobile communication system, demodulates a received radio signal of the backhaul link at the first frequency, and generates a radio signal of an access link at a second frequency by modulating the demodulated signal. The radio communication relay device determines at least either EPRE or the maximum number of PRB for transmitting a radio signal of an access link at the second frequency based on a received signal level of a radio signal of the backhaul link at the first frequency, and performs radio communication of the generated access link at the second frequency with a mobile station located in a cell of the base station.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
