PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present a candidate for goods creatable on the basis of material stock information taking into account a condition prioritized by a user when buying a material that is in short supply.;SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a candidate extraction unit 103 for extracting a candidate for goods creatable on the basis of material stock information and acquiring information on materials that are in short supply when creating the extracted candidate for goods; a calculation processing unit 105 for calculating a condition for purchasing a material in short supply and determining a candidate for goods to be presented to the user from the extracted candidate for goods on the basis of selection of which of the calculated conditions is prioritized; and a list creation unit 107 for creating information for assisting in purchasing a material in short supply regarding goods selected to be created from among the candidates for goods determined to be presented.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
