PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct line repair device and a duct line repair method where, by reusing a part of the device to the repair of the other duct line to facilitate the parallel repair of a plurality of the duct lines.;SOLUTION: Provided is a duct line repair device 1 where a cylindrical lining material 8 impregnated with a thermosetting resin is reversely inserted into a fitting pipe 71, the lining material 8 is heated with heated air to set the thermosetting resin, and the inside face of the fitting pipe 71 is repaired, comprising: a storage part 2 of storing the lining material 8; a body part 3 connected to the storage part 2; a compressed air feed means 4 feeding out the lining material 8 while being reversed from a reverse port 31 with air pressure; and a heated air feed means 5 feeding the heated air into the lining material 8.
