PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus for a resin coated gravure cylinder which has merits of both of a gravure cylinder made of metal and a gravure cylinder made of resin.;SOLUTION: Provided is a manufacturing method for a resin coated gravure cylinder having a surface thereof coated with a resin, where a resin film having a thickness of 1 to 100 μm is formed on a raw material cylinder S having a copper plated surface provided with cell fabrication of a depth of 50 to 1000 μm by having a resin coating liquid adhered electro-statistically.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
