PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel inclusion compound in which a salt such as an ion liquid as an antistatic agent having sufficient antistatic effect and excellent in water resistance and solvent resistance is included in cyclodextrin, an antistatic agent containing the inclusion compound, and an antistatic resin composition containing the antistatic agent.;SOLUTION: An inclusion compound contains an ion liquid which is an ammonium salt and/or phosphonium salt and cyclodextrin. An antistatic agent contains the inclusion compound, and an antistatic resin composition contains the antistatic agent. The ion liquid is preferably onium salt consisting of cation represented by the formula (1) and anion. In the formula (1), Q⁺ is nitrogen cation or phosphorus cation, R¹ and R² are each independently a C1 to 18 alkyl group, R³ and R⁴ are each independently a C1 to 18 alkyl group or a polyoxyalkylene group.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
