PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable estimating electricity charge when power data for a period set by a user is applied to a plurality of electricity charge plans, and estimating the electricity charge based on the power data for a desired period.;SOLUTION: A server device 1 comprises a period setting unit 12, an acquisition unitt 13, a charge calculation unit 15, and an output unit 16. The acquisition unitt 13 acquires power data including power consumption in a user facility for a period set by the period setting unit 12. The charge calculation unit 15 calculates a first electricity charge when the power data is applied to electricity charge plan in a current agreement with a power supplier supplying power to the user facility, and a second electricity charge when the power data is applied to at least one other electricity charge plan.
