PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust unit for a clean room that can make the inside of the clean room airtight with a simple and inexpensive constitution, and an air conditioning system with the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an exhaust unit 100 for a clean room that exhausts air in a clean room 1 to outside, the exhaust unit comprising: an exhaust fan 13 which sucks in the air in the clean room 1 and exhausts the sucked-in air above a ceiling 3; a housing 10 which houses the exhaust fan 13; a discharge lid 12 which is arranged to cover an exhaust ring 11 formed on and open into the housing 10 downstream from the exhaust fan 13 in a flow direction of air, and which opens with air pressure produced through the operation of the exhaust fan 13; and an electromagnet 15 which makes the inside of the housing 10 airtight by attracting the discharge lid 12 to the side of the housing 10 while the operation of the exhaust fan 13 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
