PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sake for reducing unpleasant odorants in exhaled breath after drinking that can reduce unpleasant odorants in exhaled breath after drinking.SOLUTION: The sake contains sugars at a concentration lower than the sugar concentration in pure rice sake. The sake contains sugars at a concentration of 1/10 or less of the sugar concentration in pure rice sake. The sake contains sugars at a concentration of 0.4 g/100 mL or less. As an unpleasant odorant in exhaled breath after drinking, at least one kind selected from the group consisting of 2,4,5-trimethyl-1,3-dioxolane, diacetyl, acetal, acetoin, 2,3 butanediol and isoamyl alcohol is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
