PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a stream turbine and a power generator attached to a nuclear power plant, even in the case where a nuclear power plant is halted or wasted.SOLUTION: The compressed air prepared by a wind power is accumulated in a compressed air storage container disposed in a windmill tower, and these compressed-air storage containers are gathered altogether through compressed-air transport pipes so that the power generation is performed without any use of cooling water by running the steam turbine of the power generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
