PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disturbance data reconstruction error estimation device for estimating an error Vbetween a probability density function representing generation distribution of source data and a histogram equivalent with a probability density function representing generation distribution of reconstruction source data without estimating the histogram equivalent with the probability density function representing the generation distribution of the reconstruction source data.SOLUTION: The disturbance data reconstruction error estimation device comprises: a transition probability matrix calculation part 110 for calculating a transition probability matrix Pwhile using a conditional probability Pwhich is defined in accordance with whether an attribute A(1≤j≤M) is a category attribute or a numerical attribute; and an error calculation part 120 for calculating variance (1≤m,n≤|A|, m=n) of xor covariance (1≤m,n≤|A| m≠n) of xand xas an error Vwhile using a number N of sample data items, a frequency Hx (x) (1≤i≤|A|) of xthat appears in the sample data, and the transition probability matrix P(1≤j≤M).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
